Terms & Conditions

These are the terms you agree to when you order. They are written to be read — where a clause limits something, it says so plainly rather than at length.

Last updated · 14 clauses

01Who we are

ZOMBIE operates zombiepouches.com. Our full registered company details are published in the site footer, and we will not assert a registration number here until it can be verified on the public register.

You can reach us at hello@zombiepouches.com. We aim to reply within 1 working day.

02Age restriction

Our products are concentrated caffeine products and are sold to over-18s only. By ordering you confirm you are at least 18.

We may cancel and refund any order where we have reason to believe this is not the case.

03Products are food supplements

Our products are food supplements, not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, and they should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle.

Nothing on this site is medical advice. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, take medication, or live with a heart or anxiety condition, speak to a pharmacist or GP before using them.

04What we say about our products

We describe our products as accurately as we can, and we state the caffeine content of every product on its page, on the tin, and as a total per pack.

Where we describe how a product is made or tested, we are describing a process rather than giving a warranty of outcome. That distinction is deliberate: we will not claim a guarantee here that we disclaim elsewhere in these terms.

05Regulatory status

Our products are food supplements. They are not medicines, they hold no marketing authorisation from the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency, and we do not present them as treating, preventing or curing any disease or condition. A product presented that way would become a medicinal product by presentation under the Human Medicines Regulations 2012, which is why the language on this site is kept to what a food supplement may lawfully say.

Labelling and composition follow retained Regulation (EU) 1169/2011 on food information to consumers, including the mandatory caffeine statement, and the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003.

As a food business we are registered with our local authority, and manufacturing is carried out by contract manufacturers operating under their own HACCP-based food safety management systems.

06Health and nutrition claims

Health claims on food are restricted by retained Regulation (EC) 1924/2006. Only claims on the GB Nutrition and Health Claims Register may be used, and only where the product meets the conditions attached to them.

The claims we make relate to vitamins B6 and B12, each present at 100% of the Nutrient Reference Value per pouch, and are used in their authorised wording: they contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism, to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, to normal psychological function, and to the normal functioning of the nervous system.

Caffeine has no authorised health claims in Great Britain. We therefore describe caffeine factually — how much is in a pouch, how it is absorbed, and roughly how long it lasts — and we do not attribute alertness, focus, energy or performance benefits to it anywhere on this site. If you find copy that does, it is an error and we would like to know about it.

07Prices and payment

Prices include VAT where applicable and are shown in pounds sterling. Delivery is added at checkout at the rates published in our Delivery & Returns policy.

If we discover a pricing error before dispatch we will contact you and either honour the price or cancel and refund the order in full. We will not dispatch and then charge a different amount.

08Forming a contract

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation, not when you place the order or receive an acknowledgement.

We may decline an order — for example if we cannot verify age, if stock is unavailable, or if the delivery address is outside the countries we ship to.

09Cancellation and returns

Your statutory cancellation rights, the sealed-goods exception, and your remedies for faulty goods are all set out in our Delivery & Returns policy, which forms part of these terms.

10Our liability

We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded — including your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable at the time the contract was formed, or for business losses, since our products are supplied for personal use.

11Use of this website

The content of this site, including product copy, guides and artwork, belongs to us and may not be reproduced commercially without permission. You are welcome to quote from our guides with a link.

12Complaints

Email hello@zombiepouches.com and we will acknowledge within 1 working day. If we cannot resolve it, you may be able to refer the matter to an alternative dispute resolution provider or to Citizens Advice.

13Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it. The date at the top of this page is the date it last changed.

14Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes fall to the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your own courts.
