About ZOMBIE

Back from the dead.

You know the feeling. It's 3pm, your eyes are heavy, and your brain has left the building. ZOMBIE exists for exactly that moment: a measured dose of caffeine that absorbs in about ten minutes, wherever you are, with vitamins B6 and B12 that contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. No kettle. No queue. No sugar.

The problem

Nobody knows how much caffeine they had today.

Not roughly. Not within a hundred milligrams. A flat white from an unfamiliar café is somewhere between 60 and 200mg, and there is no label on it.

That would not matter much if caffeine had no ceiling. It does. EFSA's review puts the daily guidance for healthy adults at 400mg, and single doses at 200mg. Those numbers are useless if you cannot count what you have taken.

So we sell caffeine the way a pharmacy sells anything else: in a known quantity, printed on the front. 14 products, three strengths, and a caffeine counter on every product page that shows what one dose is as a share of your day — including the coffee you had at nine.

That is not a marketing angle bolted onto a supplement. It is the reason the company exists, and it is why the least flattering number on the site — how few pouches it takes to reach the guidance — is on every product page rather than in a footnote.

What we will not do

  • Invent reviews

We do not display a star rating or a review count until we have verified ones tied to real orders. Fake reviews are prohibited under the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024, and a rating you cannot check is worth nothing anyway.

  • Pretend coffee is the enemy

Our own comparison guide lists five things coffee does better, including that it is cheaper if you make it at home. Keep the morning one. Replace the second and third.

  • Claim it is healthy

It is caffeine. It is not a wellness product, it does not contain anything exotic, and it will not fix being short of sleep. It defers tiredness. That is all it does.

  • Round the numbers up

Every milligram figure on this site is the formulated dose. Every price comparison is against our own list prices, not an invented was-price.

Editorial standards

How the guides are written

We publish guidance about a stimulant, which means the standard has to be higher than product copy usually is.

  • 01

    Sourced to institutions

Claims about safety and dosage cite EFSA, the NHS or the Food Standards Agency — bodies whose pages stay where they are. Every external link is machine-checked, because a citation that 404s is worse than no citation.

  • 02

    Reviewed and dated

Each guide carries a published date and a last-reviewed date, and both are real. The review date in the structured data is the same one printed on the page.

  • 03

    Useful without a sale

Every guide has to be worth reading if you buy nothing. The one about sleep tells you to take less; the one about training tells you more is not better.

Start with how much caffeine is too much — it is the guide the rest are built around.
